Aradia Fitness Calgary
Aradia Fitness is Canada’s premiere pole dance and aerial fitness studio. Aradia Fitness Calgary prides themselves on their lively, expert and energetic instructors. With instructors of different ages, body types and fitness backgrounds, they each bring something different to their classes. Our focus is on technique and safety and as such, they all must complete certification requirements to teach Pole Dancing and Aerial classes. Dakota Fox is the owner of Aradia Fitness USA and is our Master Trainer for Canada and the USA. She operates out of the USA headquarter location in Cary, NC. A tomboy by nature, Dakota began her pole fitness journey in 2008 after her mother convinced her to give it a try. After her first flip upside down… she was hooked! Dakota began teaching pole dance classes in 2009; in 2013 she assumed ownership of Aradia Fitness Cary; and in 2014 she was appointed the head of all US Aradia Fitness operations. Outside of the studio, Dakota is actively involved in the international pole fitness community. She competes in pole dance competitions at a professional level and gained notoriety through her incredible strength & unique style of movement. She often travels to teach internationally at pole dance fitness conventions and studio workshop tours.
