The heavy metal version of Floor Work choreography class is offered by our resident metalhead. Be prepared for true metal! From classic to thrash, to doom, prepare to be challenged and to have fun with more intense music. Speeds can vary depending on the genre of the metal. You may try forward rolls and backward rolls, work towards shoulder stands and various other movements. The choreography can range from contemporary/lyrical to exotic.
