Kira Noire and Evgeny Greshilov Workshops!
July 13th – 16th, 2019
Kira is a Russian pole artist from Saint Petersburg, Russia. She started pole dancing in 2008 and after a few years she started to teach and compete in Russia, Europe and the world. In 2015, she started working with Evgeny in doubles and then a short time later they worked at the biggest Russian dance-circus show in Leningrad Centre as pole artists. Her brightest awards are:
- Winner of Pole Classic 2016 by Pole Expo, Las Vegas
- Ultimate Champion at International Pole Championship IPC 2015 in doubles category, Hong Kong
- Winner of Pole Art Cyprus 2014
- Finalist of International Pole Championship IPC 2013, Singapore
- Winner and Miss Attitude of Battle of the Pole 2013, Stockholm
Evgeny is a russian pole dance & fitness artist and founder & co-owner of online school Open Dance Academy. He has been working as an aerial performer, dancer and choreographer for over 10 years and currently travels around the world, doing workshops, showcases and judging pole championships. His pole titles include:
- 3 time World Pole champion
- 7 time International Pole champion
- Pole Theatre Greece – Overall Pro winner 2017
- IPC – Ultimate chamption 2015
- Pole Art – Man champion 2013
- IPSF – Gold medal 2012

Rocky Mountain Pole Retreat 2019 (SOLD OUT)

We are beyond excited to co-host this amazing retreat with our Aradia studios in Alberta. This is the only event of its kind in Western Canada and we cannot wait for it! Please join us and your fellow Aradia students across Alberta for a pole retreat in the mountains!!! Event Details: – Two nights at the Canmore Super 8 by Wyndham (breakfast included). – Four people per room included in standard price. You can request fewer to a room however, it is subject to an addition fee. – Three workshops. Carly Child Workshops!

Carly is a pole artist, aerialist and handbalancer based out of Salt Lake City, Utah. She has been teaching and training in flexibility and hand balancing for over 10 years and has been competing and teaching as a pole artist for 3 years. Carly’s style is a combination of elements from her past, including safety and rehabilitation techniques, that has created an animal like movement quality in pole and movement in general. Flex your Flex – 1:30pm, 1.5 hrs
(with Rubberbanditz®) Active stretching is an essential element to advancing flexibility in aerial movement. This class will focus on flexibility techniques, injury prevention, sustainability and active flexibility to use up the pole. The class is sponsored by Rubberbanditz®. Faux Flares and Flips – 3:30pm, 1.5 hrs
A static pole workshop combining the dynamic elements of spinning, flaring and flipping. Learn acrobatic basework flips and tricks that can be smoothed into soft flow or amped up into a dynamic combo. Great class for those hesitant to flips and want to dip their toes in! (All Levels) $78 +GST (Platinum and Gold Member pricing is $71 +GST)
Ride the Tide – 5:30pm, 1.5 hrs
Learn to let go and explore new movement patterns in this low flow and dance based class. This class will work to alter not only the way you move but also the way you think and feel about movement. Magnus is orginally from Denmark and he is currently traveling, teaching and performing around the world to share his passion for pole dance. He has 10 years of dance experience and is trained in Jazz, Contemporary, and Hip Hop. He has been teaching dance since 2008, but he fell in love with Pole 5 years ago. The new way of dancing in the air and combining dance and aerial arts was fascinating and Magnus had to explore this new way of dancing. His unique style has made him a respectable and world known Pole Dancer in the Pole community, where he have been a judge at Pole Art France, Pole Theatre Sweden and Pole Dance Competition Denmark. Jordan Kensley Workshops!

Jordan Kensley is a California-based pole dancer and instructor. She discovered pole dancing from a Youtube video in the summer of 2012 and, with no prior movement experience, decided then and there that she needed to be able to “do that”. From that first spark of interest, her passion for pole has grown and she has become a resident instructor at the world famous studios: Aeriform Arts, BeSpun, Cleo’s Rock’n’Pole, and The Vertitude, as well as a touring instructor internationally. She is also a resident dancer at the infamous Jumbos Clown Room, under the stage name ‘Roxie’. Jordan strives to embody the athlete, the artist, and the goddess in every dance. Her goal as an instructor is to help her students realize those same qualities in themselves. The journey through her Pole Dancing career has made her appreciate movement, especially in the form of free styling, heel clacks, and her signature sexy ballistic style. Tyler Ayers Workshop - Balance and Flexibility!
Get the chance to learn in studio and at home mobility, flexibility and conditioning exercises aimed to help you push yourself even further in your movement and training. Balancing for inverting, handstands and floor work focused on a strong emphasis of pole art and sport play huge factor in this workshop making sure everyone walks away with new skills and kick ass confidence. All levels are welcome for this 1.5 hour workshop! Wednesday, May 17th, 2017 at 6:35pm to 8:05pm: $40 +GST BIO: Tyler Ayres – Cirque du Soleil, Carnival, International Ballet Theatre, TADA Internationally acclaimed and recognized choreographer and entertainer from Australia, Tyler is an expert in aerial arts, acrobatics, hand balancing, tumbling and hand-to-hand. Tyler was the youngest person ever to be funded by the Australian government ARTS ACT fund and has been working professionally in the entertainment industry since the age of 9. Companies that have benefited from Tyler’s performance and instruction include names from Cirque du Soleil and the Australia Institute of Sport to BLOCH and IADMS. Tyler was instrumental in the beginning stages of Acrobatic Arts, one of the largest acrobatics curriculums in the world, by constructing a large portion of the hand balancing syllabus. He also drove the design and launch of a new centre for high level and aspiring athletes while based in Calgary. Tyler now calls Vancouver home and is the Founding Director of TADA, Tyler Ayres Dance and Aerial, which develops and represents top level performers and publishes a training curriculum for hand balancing, suitable for athletes, aerialists, dancers and acrobats. Monday, April 24th, 2017 at 6pm to 9:15pm Samantha Star combines her knowledge of pole, gymnastics, yoga, and hand balance to be a dynamic performer and informative instructor. She believes perfecting the fundamentals is the best way to gain strength and coordination to achieve a higher level of fitness and grace. By focusing on technique and core, she helps students attain a solid platform with which they can achieve confidence, strength and power. Samantha teaches at Body & Pole in NYC and also travels the world to perform, compete and teach pole fundamentals, power moves, power spins, inversions and handstand workshops. Dakota Fox Workshops!
Monday, Oct 17th, 2016 at 6pm to 9pm Dakota Fox brings a unique background to her pole fitness & aerial acrobatic classes. Her natural strength comes from her athletic experience in team sports and martial arts. Dakota’s power tricks and flow has gained her a large social media following. She brings accessibility to her workshops, with her knack for breaking down difficult techniques and her ability to teach to all levels.
