We can do so many great things on the pole, but what happens when you put on heels and try to do the same moves? Have you always loved the look of heels but have never been brave enough to try them out yourself?
In this class, we will touch on many basic techniques such as how to walk in heels, how to pirouette and also learn to balance in heels. We will also break down wavy legs and body waves to make your lines look fabulous!
