Pole Dance Classes

Pole dance for fitness is one of the best ways to get strong, feel more fit, and boost your confidence! There is no experience needed to start. Our structured curriculum takes you from your first class in Intro to Pole, building progressively on skills. We offer endless opportunities to learn, and build skills and strength as you progress through our levels. Our focus is on both fun and safety in our group classes.

At Aradia Fitness, our goal is to make working out FUN again! We are proud to host a wide variety of group fitness classes that are unique, challenging and motivating. Movers & shakers of all fitness levels are welcome to attend our group fitness classes.

Pole Fit

Support your pole journey with a variety of classes designed to build strength, grace, sensuality, or flexibility. Pole Fit classes help develop your skills and add tons of fun to your training! Join us for a dance class like Pole Flow or Exotic, or work on your mobility and flexibility. We offer many different options - try them all or find your favourites!

Get a taste of the circus life with aerial classes! We offer classes on aerial silks, aerial hoop (lyra) and aerial hammock. All apparatuses offer a fun and rewarding full-body work out. Try classes like Aerial Conditioning or Hammock Low Flow to compliment your training and get your body moving in new ways.

Design Fit

Our Design Fit classes are all off the pole or aerial apparatuses. Try lyrical or contempory style dances that will help build your fuilidty and poise. Put on some heels and embrace your sexy side on the floor or with a chair. These are some of our most popular classes and are open to all levels.
