Exotic Flow L1
Prerequisites: Pole 3+
Discover and explore the exotic side of pole dancing through this choreography based class. Explore various styles of exotic from classique, to sensual and everything in between. Movements will include the pole, floor work and body isolations.
Exotic Flow L2
Prerequisites: Pole 5+, Experience in Exotic Flow L1
The next level of our exotic choreography classes brings more complex movement and challenges your strength and control. Explore various styles of exotic from classique, to sensual and everything in between. Movements will include the pole, floor work and body isolations. Spin pole may be utilized.
