For students in Pole 2 and higher this workshop will help you to flip upside down, snake down the pole, and do handstands against the pole. We will break the moves down step-by-step, and also work on activating the muscles you need to use for each move. Refine this foundational move to make your next skills more efficient and easier to get into. This is a multi-skill level class – students will work on movement appropriate for their experience level and strength.
