If you have a pole move (or more) that has been eluding you, take this class! Come prepared with a list of two to three moves that you have been working on in your pole classes. The instructor will provide you with customized breakdowns and strengthening and flexibility exercises that will benefit the skill.
For your safety, please keep in mind you will only work on moves in your level or lower during this class.
