Prerequisite: Pole 3+
Spend time concentrating on taking your exotic dance skills to the next level. This class focuses on the foundations of Russian Exotic – clean lines, effortless flow, graceful movement and optimal beauty and angles. Technique and specific movement will be the focus of your instructor, who is trained and experienced in this type of Exotic Dance.
Russian Exotic Foundations L2
You must receive approval from your Russian Instructor in order to move from L1 to L2. Your assessment will be based on your technique in various foundational requirements.
This class focuses on further developing the foundations of Russian Exotic – clean lines, effortless flow, graceful movement and optimal beauty and angles. Technique and specific movement will be the focus of your instructor, who has trained extensively with expert Russian instructors and is experienced in this type of Exotic Dance.
Russian Exotic Low Flow
Learn a low flow choreography in the Russian Exotic style, focusing on clean lines, effortless and graceful movement and optimal beauty and angles. Technique and specific movement will be the focus of your instructor, who is trained and experienced in this type of Exotic.
